How do I cancel?
Cancel any time — you keep full coach access until the end of your current billing period, then your account returns to a free golfer account. Manage your subscription from the link in your Stripe receipt email.
I paid but my coach tools haven't unlocked.
Fully sign out of the app and back in — activation is usually instant. Still stuck? Email hello@coachcaddie.co.uk.
Do golfers pay anything?
No — Coach Caddie is completely free for golfers. Only coaches subscribe.
What's the booking fee?
When a golfer pays you for a lesson or package, Coach Caddie takes a 2% platform fee plus a card processing fee to cover payment charges. The rest is paid straight to your bank via Stripe.
