How to use Coach Caddie
Everything you need to get started — whether you're a coach managing your business or a golfer booking your first lesson.
Step by step
Getting started as a coach
Create your coach account
Download Coach Caddie and sign up. Select 'I'm a Coach' during registration. Fill in your profile — name, bio, location, and photo. This is what golfers will see when they find you.
Set up your booking settings
Go to Profile → Booking Settings. Set your minimum notice period, reschedule policy, default pricing, and upload your Terms & Conditions PDF. These rules apply to every booking automatically.
Connect your Stripe account
Head to Profile → Accounts & Earnings and tap 'Connect with Stripe'. This links your bank account so you can receive payouts after every lesson or package purchase — no manual invoicing needed.
Create packages and events
Tap the + button in My Packages to create lesson bundles. Set a name, number of sessions, and price. Use the Events tab to create group sessions or clinics that multiple golfers can book.
Annotate and share video feedback
When a student shares a swing video, open it in Media and tap the pencil icon. Draw directly on the frame — lines, circles, arrows. Send your annotated feedback back instantly.
