How to use Coach Caddie
Everything you need to get started — whether you're a coach managing your business or a golfer booking your first lesson.
Step by step
Getting started as a coach
Create your coach account
Download Coach Caddie and sign up. Select 'I'm a Coach' during registration. Fill in your profile — name, bio, location, and photo. This is what golfers will see when they find you.
Set up your booking settings
Go to Profile → Booking Settings. Set your minimum notice period, reschedule policy, default pricing, and upload your Terms & Conditions PDF. These rules apply to every booking automatically.
Connect your Stripe account
Head to Profile → Accounts & Earnings and tap 'Connect with Stripe'. This links your bank account so you can receive payouts after every lesson or package purchase — no manual invoicing needed.
Create packages and events
Tap the + button in My Packages to create lesson bundles — including a Remote Coaching package for students anywhere in the world. Set a name, number of sessions, and price. Students purchase packages through your profile and the credits are tracked automatically. Use the Events tab to create group sessions or clinics that multiple golfers can book.
Annotate and share video feedback
When a student shares a swing video, open it in Media and tap the pencil icon. Draw directly on the frame — lines, circles, arrows. Record your voice tips over the footage and send it back instantly. This enables full remote coaching — your students don't need to be on the same course, or even in the same country.
Track lesson history for every student
A Lesson Card is automatically created the moment a student confirms a booking with you. In the Events tab, tap History to see your full list of students. Tap any student to view every session you've had together. Each card lets you write Shared Notes (visible to both of you) and Private Notes only you can see — perfect for personal coaching observations. Attach photos and videos directly to each card to build a permanent record of each student's development.
