Terms & Conditions

You must be at least 13 years old to use Coach Caddie. By using the App you confirm that you meet this requirement. Coaches offering paid services through the App must be at least 18 years old.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately at MattacodeStudio@gmail.com if you suspect any unauthorised use.

• Monthly subscription: Coach accounts are billed at £60 per month. Billing is taken upfront at the start of each monthly period.
• Platform fee: A 3% fee applies to each booking payment processed through the App.
• Cancel anytime: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will not be charged again, but no refund is issued for the remaining days in that period.
• No refunds: Subscription payments are non-refundable. Once a monthly period has started, no refund will be issued for that period.
• Free for golfers: The Coach Caddie app is free to download and use for golfers. Only coaches pay a subscription.
• All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Coach Caddie does not store your payment card details.

You agree not to use Coach Caddie to:

• Upload or share any content that is unlawful, offensive, or infringes third-party rights
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or our systems
• Use the App for any commercial purpose other than as expressly permitted (i.e. coaching services)
• Reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the App

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules without notice or refund.

Coach Caddie provides the platform and tools for coaches and golfers to connect. We are not a party to any coaching arrangement between a coach and a golfer. Any disputes regarding coaching sessions, cancellations, or refunds between coaches and their students are to be resolved between those parties directly.

You retain ownership of any content (videos, images, notes) you upload to Coach Caddie. By uploading content, you grant us a limited licence to store and display it solely for the purpose of operating the App. We do not claim ownership of your content and will not share it beyond what is described in our Privacy Policy.

We aim to keep Coach Caddie available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to update, change, or discontinue features of the App at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of any significant changes that affect paid users.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MattacodeStudio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of Coach Caddie. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 3 months preceding any claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the App or by email. Continued use of Coach Caddie after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
